I had a really great stay at this pet-friendly hotel. Booked a room for my needs. The property had an efficient business location close to the mall. And it was also right by Dover Downs race track, restaurants and shopping, and a 4 day festival.

I found it super convenient to enjoy a leisurely stroll to Silver Lake Park and explore the nearby Delaware State Museum Buildings. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere, and the staff were really friendly.

Not the best experience
This place had potential, but wow, it was pretty rundown. The hallways were a mess with wrappers everywhere, and the pool was closed and looked gross. On the upside, the Mexican restaurant on site was decent! The cold breakfast was a letdown, though, especially the sticky pancakes. Really didn't feel safe with the low lighting outside at night.
